kildog
That doesn't have anything to do with Rangers. It's a court opinion on your latest saviour. Having this kind of past would set alarm bells ringing in any rational person's mind. To you, it seems to make him an even more attractive candidate. WTF is that all about??!?
thelegendthatis
Has Alistair signed his revised contract yet? If his pen has run out of ink can courier a new one around for him.

King puts his money where his mouth is and has the best interest of the club, that's what it's all about. It's really not that hard to understand.

Why are you so interested? He's probably signed it already anyway.
Bloomogganners
Frankly, there's no "Ifs" about it, he will. It will be a good thing to have him on board. He'll not invest in us straight away though until he has seen the clubs balance sheet and he knows that his money will be invested in the club and no where else. General working capital purposes no good enough for him?

Any chance of that list of positives from the accounts?

Fine, don't say you weren't warned, again. Any chance of that list of positives from the accounts? As you are aware, he's already previously put £20m of his own money into the club. Oh, what a warning.
wunfellaff
King puts his money where his mouth is and has the best interest of the club, that's what it's all about. It's really not that hard to understand. And how will he do that exactly. The new club is a PLC remember, so he may invest by buying shares which "the club" won't benefit by, whilst taking a tasty wedge. Get him onboard asap.

flyingrodent
So let me get this straight: The shysters who run New Rangers have milked the club/company/whatever dry, and are now holding out the begging bowl to a known shyster whose involvement with Old Rangers resulted in its liquidation. It speaks volumes, that this state of affairs is being reported as good news. You can imagine the headlines, if this was happening to any other club/company/whatever in Britain.
Monkey Tennis
Right, I'm now fairly convinced that BP is an imposter. Nobody is that stupid, nobody.

That doesn't answer the question as to how exactly he could give the club money. And, yes he did declare income of £15m+ from the old club, for one year....
bennett
The SFA have a fit and proper persons test? I'm sure i recall Regan saying that they had no such test...

You're not a real person, are you? You're really a computer and this is an experiment to see how long it takes the other posters to realise that you're not human. It all makes sense now.
thehoss
Right, I'm now fairly convinced that BP is an imposter. Nobody is that stupid, nobody. I think he's just trying to wind everyone up. It's the only reasonable explanation for avoiding questions and his general posts. Ally's probably already signed his contract, king won't do this until this happens etc etc.

And took 15 million straight back out again - yet kept his share of the club.

To be fair, nobody ever lost money by underestimating the rank stupidity of many Berrz.
