Has sir Craig White or Charles green been found guilty or not yet. ? And most importantly which posters have been banned for flouting rules ? Such a notion is an absolute insult to the intelligence. the facts are that various different sources have stated that there is absolutely no issue with it and it is a common thing, admin specialists bdo and duiff and phelps saw absolutely no issues with it, hmrc and the stock market also agreed there was no issue with it, uefa and all the scottish footballing authroties have absolutely no issue with it, lord nimmo and lord glennie had absolutely no problem with the idea when they stated that there is absolutely no issue with it within the law and there are plenty of examples of it happeneing in the past with the likes of leeds, luton, hearts etc all doing it and continuing on as the same club, its an insult to the intelligence to suggest that you know better than all the experts who have absolutely no issue with it -2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
