It's weird that Crawford tried Vincent forward. As you say Thomson much more of an attacking threat.
It feels a waste having him on the left like against County, but we're pitiful for quality on that side so I can at least understand it. Cardle, Thomson, Beadling, Higgy would have been a good 4.

Would have been alright aye. Due to our options in midfield it makes the most sense so play Thompson wide left currently, Vincent and Beadling aren't as fast.
