The Stade de France isn’t exactly some kind of irresponsible choice though. A big stadium used to holding big games. To be fair to UEFA they have to put their faith in local policing. Compensation and Justice are important but preventing reoccurrence matters too This is putting UEFA in a position where to pass the buck they will have to claim in court that the city of Paris seriously failed to host a major sporting event.
