Bobby Skidmarks
This is a thousand monkeys working at a thousand typewriters. Soon they'll have written the greatest novel known to man. Let's see. It was the best of times, it was the "blurst" of times! You stupid monkey!
Gaz
Seymore! The house is on fire!Super Nintendo Chalmers talking about the Aurora Borealis is one of my favourite scenes in the whole history of The Simpsons.
Gaz
Another of my favourite episodes is The Simpsons Spin-Off Showcase. It's (intentionally) so bad that it's brilliant. "I still don't understand, Clancy - why give up your job as a small-town police chief to set up a detective shop in New Orleans?" "Oh, lots of reasons. Got kicked off the force, for one thing." "For massive corruption." "For massive corr... exactly."
Tamdunk
"Mr vice president, someone bought a copy of your book" "this calls for a celebration." *Ce-lebrate good times, come on* "I will."

Miguel Sanchez
Marge Be Not Proud on Sky just now - not an out and out classic but some brilliant lines. "Shoplifting is a victimless crime, like punching someone in the dark" from Nelson, and Homer's reaction to the answering machine playing Hello Mudda, Helllo Fadda are two of my favourites. STEALING! How could you? Haven't you learned anything from that guy who gives those sermons at church - Captain Whatshisname? We live in a society of law! Why do you think I took you to all of those Police Academy movies, FOR FUN? Well I didn't see anybody laughing, DID YOU? Except at that guy who did sound effects, hehe. Vrmmm. Now where was I? Oh yeah, stay outta my booze!

Bobby Skidmarks
Well, crying isn't gonna bring him back, unless your tears smell like dog food. So you can either sit there crying and eating can after can of dog food until your tears smell enough like dog food to make your dog come back, or you can go out there and find your dog. You're right! Rats, I almost had him eating dog food.

Enigma
Thought I'd post this. It's a 1996 pilot written by the most prolific Simpsons writer John Swartzwelder. It's not great but there are some very Simpsonsesque moments. As one comment says, it could have been excellent with Phil Hartman in the title role.
RiG
Some great episodes on tonight. Channel Four has 'Trash of the Titans' then Sky has 'Homer's Barbershop Quartet', 'Cape Feare' and then A Streetcar Named Marge'.
