Club DECE

Recommended Posts

It's G Street or bust as far as Edinburgh goes. Plenty of dece establishments in the vicnity.

Ignition by R. Kelly is a v. v. dece tune. The first dance at my wedding will probs be Prima Donna Girl by Marina and the Diamonds as it is qual, and I'm comfortable enough with my sexuality to have something like that played. #allieverwantedwastheworld

"Now it's like murder she wrote

Once I get you out them clothes

Privacy is on the door

Still they can hear you screamin more

Girl I'm feelin what you feelin

No more hopin and wishin

I'm bout to take my key and

Stick it in the ignition"

Most definitely a Club DECE song.

talking about dece beats how about a Club DECE lifting playlist

Although not a member of Club DECE.....I'd recommend block rockin beats by the chemical bros for the lifting playlist.

Oh Philpy :( You don't make it easy for yourself sometimes.

Will post some qual playlists when I get home. Just did a v. v. intense Muay Thai conditioning session. #machine

I played a 90 minute football match in the fucking sweltering heat and then ran 2 miles in jeans carrying my football bag.

Here is the first #clubdeceworkoutplaylist that I'll be posting. More will follow:

1. Public Enemy: Rebel Without a Pause - an all time classic.

2. Fonky Family: Haute Tension - v. v. dece French rap.

3. Professor Green: At Your Inconvenience - Not only does the artist seem like a LAD, but the confrontational tone of this is totes inspirash.

4. Fort Minor: Remember the Name - Inspiration in the form of a song

5. Plan B: Ill Manors - Angry music is good when lifting.

6. G-Unit: Eye for Eye - More aggressive hip hop. Not a big fan of G-Unit in all honesty, but this is okay.

7. Pit Baccardi: C'est Plus Fort Que Moi - More French rap. #france #bilingual

8. Hector Bizerk: The Rhythym Theory - Scottish rap actually. Also v. dece.

9. Oxmo Puccino: Balance la Sauce - There really is some excellent French lifting music out there even if you aren't bilingual like me.

10. Iam: L'Empire du Côté Obscur - there's a movie reference in the title of this dece song, but you'll probs only get it if you're bilingual like me.

11. Obie Trice: Got Some Teeth - I too would hate to go home with an 8/10+ only to discover that she lacked teeth.

12. Jay Z: Takeover - v. v. good #diss of Nas.

13. Oasis: Roll With It - Change of pace here. Quite like some of Oasis's older stuff.

14. Katy Perry: The One That Got Away - dece beat from a solid 9/10. Good for lifting.

15. Nelly: No. 1 - This is how I basically feel about myself.

16. The Notorious B.I.G - Notorious B.I.G. - finishing on a high note here. Perfect for lifting.
