Just its a pain in the arse to get stuff sorted typing shit out and it quickly descends into chaos I have a mic, but never use it as the Mrs is usually in her bed when I'm playing, and she moans like f**k about my dulcet tones. On the Fifa Club games one fella miced up once and you would hear him swear in his sultry east coast tones every few seconds, followed by the silence of everyone else without a mic on. Is there any point trying to fix it myself? it was taking a few ejects and loads to read discs for ages and started to sound like a helicopter landing but it still worked How many red lights is there? If its all of them that means your Xbox isn't plugged in properly. Was playing happily online when I was kicked to the dashboard mid-session saying that the disc was unreadable. I came back the next day and twice the game refused to start up, saying the same thing. After several cleans, it eventually started up, but I can see a few marks on it, so it may not live for much longer. Baws to buying a whole new disc... Haven't noticed too many modders over the weekend, so maybe Rockstar are winning the battle. Anyone played the newly Rockstar verified races? Particularly Jumps, jumps, jumps. Super cars, a freeway filled with ramps and zero margin for error on some of the jumps. Absolutely infuriating race at times, several times I was ahead going into the closing stages, then fucked a jump and pretty much finished last. Seething. If it's not in warranty (you can check quite easily on their website) you can look up the towel trick on youtube and do that. I kept my old machine going for about 7 months this way. Yeah, we could try that about another 50 times and not manage that again! I recovered quite well from it to keep up with you, then fucked up the next big jump to land on the other side of the dual carriageway after hitting a sign in mid air! Good wee session last night. A few missions, races etc. with yourself and barbourkillie. Then we ended up with a couple of guys ranked in the 100+ and got fucked over in every mission/race/deathmatch etc. GG has fairly flown up the rankings!
