She's now scared to go out that way so has started waiting by the front door for us to go in or out. Dog was inside staring out at him so just presumed they were having some sort of game or dispute and left them to it. Both still there a while later so I checked the cat flap and it was frozen solid. Poor moggy out in neck deep snow, unable to open his cat flap whilst a dense hound peered out at him. Happily reunited now.
