They all absolutely wanked themselves silly over Maddison, and there was numerous times he was apparently watched by scouts from Arsenal. Not a fan of the 6 month loan deal though (wish it was the season), think the guy will stroll it. Strange one being he is very much an attacking miid and has a very slight build. Watched about 5/6 games the season he broke into the Coventry team, he was meant to be off to one of the Manchester clubs at the time. Still haven't addressed the need for a tough tackling centre mid tho which will cost us ooints this season. Shinnie will probably play in the centre most of the season alongside jack. Great eye for a pass and looks like he can actually take set pieces which will help us. Relative to the 2 or 3 windows prior, we have carried out some very promising business in recent months.Despite the "tooling up" talk, we do have limited resources and a difficult corporate back drop. To expect every perceived weakness in the team to be tackled in one window is fantasy stuff.We have managed to shuffle the pack and addressed a number of areas.
