Getting folk in like Shinnie on free transfers is a no brainer but he seems to be more miss than hit with his signings. Still better than John Hughes though...He’s good at identifying targets that are above what we’d normally get on our budget and selling himself and the club to them.Lewis, shinnie etc are good examples of that. You’re right though his bargain signings are normally not great.
