New T in the Park Site (for 2015)

That line up is truly fucking awful if it's real.

There are precisely 3 acts I would look forward to over the Sat/Sun and none at all on the Friday.

Pretty surprised at Idlewild being so low on the bill and below shite like The Courteneers & Enter Shikari, it's a Scottish festival lets give some prominence to our own bands.

I'm quite content with it actually. Idlewild are a total no-mark act now, and The Courteeners and Enter Shikari are clearly bigger than them.

You're probably right but Idlewild are a Scottish band with a new album out this year, I'd be quite surprised if either of those bands have sold as many albums as Idlewild in Scotland.

Oh, and by shite it, I meant they could easily have said "that's not the real poster". But the minute that turned up, they were gone. That wasn't a coincidence. It's the real poster, revealed the same time as last year. Oh and saying "it didn't happen last year!" doesn't mean it didn't happen, because it quite clearly did. A correct set of headliners and sub was leaked on a billboard and we've gotten the same this year, as the poster says that there's a more complete lineup on the website.

The lineup is leaked. It's pretty realistic and the timing is right. I don't see why there's such desperation to say otherwise.

Would imagine avici would be doing the 2nd stage rather than warming up the Libertines?

I'm guessing that's what it is, with The Script sub-headlining.

Apparently every night can finish later though, so we MIGHT have a dance act after every headliner. It'll be interesting to hear what they say later on it.

The Script were pretty good in 2013 i hate to say - that was at a time i had just come back from travelling etc and the hole festival world was still alive to me but in the 2 years since then i have declined rapidly in terms of socialising and started to see things for what they are now rather than act naive like i did for the 10 years or so i thought it was the best thing in the world and promised that i would carry on going until i was 40! People told me i would grow less enthusiastic but i thought it wouldn't happen til i was at least 35

The Script will be good again I'd imagine. They're a decent live band with a fair few hits now. Perfect fodder for a slot that lasts just over an hour.

They were much better than Stereophonics who subbed the same year. Thought they were fucking terrible. Easily the worst I've ever seen them.

Didn't think the Phonics were that bad but i was baked by that point, was a great weekend and prob the best T i have been to

I wish i had gone last year if i knew it was the last weekend at Balado so i could say a proper goodbye then i probably wouldn't care about going back as it would be a new festival to me!

Confirmed more to be announced for later on. Geoff Ellis has let slip something and it has been pretty much put on an embargo, but basically, it adds more weight to the poster, and also adds more names to the mix.

So it looks like we're getting those extra names tonight. Which would make sense as it was the same thing on a smaller scale last year ( poster only having four names ). I'd imagine the ones on the poster are obviously the big guns though.
