meanmistermustard
Pretty dull episode. The twat in the hat going from the first challenge made everything else immaterial, he was awful.
Albino Rover
This programme's reverse-Apprentice "tossers go out first" trend is satisfying. Edited August 6, 2015 by Albino Rover
Gall09
Like Mary said, he just kept trying to be too clever. I mean, beetroot?!
Al B
Watched this for the first time last year and said to the Mrs, "That was really good, I think I'll start watching this", and she kindly informed me I'd Hibs'd it as that was the final, and therefore finished. Looking forward to watching properly for the first time! That boy in the hat was indeed a knob.
Mark Connolly
Like Mary said, he just kept trying to be too clever. I mean, beetroot?! Beetroot is the main ingredient in a proper Red Velvet cake, and it's fucking brilliant. Not in a black forest gateau though - what a complete bellend.
kerrdavidson95
Red Velvet cake is fantastic. Utterly glorious stuff. Only caught the last half hour yesterday but I took an instant dislike to the hatted twat when he put beetroot in a Black Forest Gateau. Poor show really.
Twinkle
The look on the womans face when her chocolate mousse hadnt set and disintegrated in front of her eyes, had me in tears
Lisa Cuddy
Aw, that mousse thing was a nasty business. I wanted to cry for her!
loyal-blue
Just caught up. Watching for the first time this year. The mousse was brutal.
Fide
Just watched it last night. Hooray! The hipster got booted. Jazz band w****r. In other news... Looks like Marie has been trained at Escoffier in Paris and has taught bakery in the past.
jmothecat
Love the woman who forgot that with conventional ovens you actually have to turn them on! Must be a bit difficult being used to using an Aga having to then use a normal oven, as with my very limited experience of using Agas they cook things a lot quicker than conventional ones.
The Naitch
Oh well, seems that Marie's professional training was all in vain. Cheerio.
Smurph
Just watching the first episode and this is one of my favourite moments in TV history. I was crying with laughter. Glad Stu got knocked out. Seemed an utter p***k. I'd quite like Flora to win due to her #perthshire roots but you can tell a mile off she voted no.
The Minertaur
Not surprised by who went last night. Hasn't impressed. How bloody awesome was that lion?
Lex
Yeah seemed like she knew she was away. Said before the show stopper that she hadn't even practiced it... Unsurprisingly it looked a bit rubbish. Unmade bread FFS The guy who's been star baker last two weeks in a row - can't remember his name of course - definitely looks a cut above the rest.
Smurph
Glad she was booted out, and I reckon the fireman's gone next week. I'd say Lex's boy is favourite but Alvin looks pretty decent too. The lion thing was cool as f**k. I never thought baguettes would be that hard to make.
Ulises de la Cruz
The right person went last night. Obviously not good enough. 5 Hours she had in the last challenge and she still didn't cook the bread properly, awful.
kerrdavidson95
What about the Ukrainian leading the bread baking. Fantastic stuff.
The Naitch
Gutted that Sandy's away. Three weeks in a row Ian has got star baker now. Can't see anyone beating him.
Lisa Cuddy
Rhubarb and ginger together, especially in a cream based dessert like the creme brulee, is absolutely beautiful.
