Bigots generally dont blog about football in Tayside...

If you could look past your own hate for the man then you'd see why he's considered one of the better journalists.

Folk are saying that you've been banned, go sort them oot.

Listened to it while driving today...

Thompson keeping people updated on Rangers game by reading out live text feeds, % possession stats and gauging twitter traffic is embarrassing.

The standoff between Rangers and BBC Scotland is utterly pathetic. It oozes mad paranoia.

If there really is such a major issue they should just entirely ignore it other than score updates the same as they do for non-featured Championship/L1/L2 games.

Alternatively, the SPFL should step in and insist that one of their main media partners is allowed access and does indeed take it up.

Apologise for what?

BBC Scotland is a bit shite, but it's a pretty anodyne organisation. No need to ban bog standard Glasgow sports journalists from your ground.

Funnily enough the term 'boycott' comes from the Irish Land War, when Charles Stewart Parnell encouraged tenants on land agent Charles Boycott's estates to completely ostracise him from daily life. Charles was not a Catholic though, so I s'pose it's cool.

Why is that 'funnily enough' and what the f**k has it to do with BBC Scotland being wankers?

No journalist is banned from Ibrox.

Sounded like BBC Scotland had a guy reading out tweets from both clubs twitter feeds , five minutes after the action had happened you would hear "Just reading that it was a ball in the box and awful defending for the goal , will know more when there is an update" pathetic , why not just say no coverage from Ibrox today if you have a problem with that get in touch with Sevco . What's going to happen at the first Sevco v Celtic Ibrox game , got an image of BBC having a host of commentators and analysts crammed in to a room watching it on a portable tele with the pizza boxes piled on the table with Pat Bonner shouting over everyone how the big lad up front looks handy .
