Those who picked Curacao v Montserrat can wait until their game is completed in the early hours of tomorrow (Saturday) morning... or just fire away in advance. I have updated the list on the first page. Those coloured orange lost their 'life' and should their next pick fail to win - or should they fail to make a pick - they will be eliminated. Newcomers can join for this second block, forfeiting their 'life' in lieu of not having made a pick in the first block.
