We might still finish bottom or in the playoff places and we might still go down but we NEEDED to get rid of him. Not too sure if he would move but Jim McIntyre would be a good shout for us. To be honest I'm happy with McCulloch or just anyone in the meantime as long as it isn't Locke. I know he could've done it earlier but fair play to Locke for stepping down. My guess is that his much talked about 3 year deal probably had a clause saying if we are in a set position by X date (probably end of January) he only gets a small settlement.
