(Daily Record) They can f**k right up for anything less than £3m. I really hope BB sticks to his guns on this one. Really insulting that they played hard ball with Arsenal over Tierney but then come in low for Taylor. That's the way they work and to be honest every club should be doing the same. It's up to us to stick to our guns like they did to Arsenal and what Motherwell did to them to get the price we feel we are entitled to. I would be amazed though if we get anything like £3mn for him from them, sadly. Hopefully we will, but I don't want loans from them as part of any deal as there is no longer term value for us in such a deal. craigkillie
A place in the top 6 or in Europe would have long-term value for us, so we don't want to completely rule out loans. Us signing Findlay might have been helped by the fact he was on loan at us before too.We should definitely be looking at good money for Taylor though - a club record sale (ie £2m plus) at the very least. He's the best left-back in the league now that Tierney has left and has all the tools to go on to play at a higher level than Celtic.
gannonball
Whats is Kilmarnock's record sale again? Im assuming its Boyd or Naismith but cant remember exactly how much they went for. I can see it being topped for Taylor but not by much. Edited August 25, 2019 by gannonball
craigkillie
Naismith is the record sale - just under £2m. Boyd was only £400k because he had 6 months left on his contract.

Would definitely take him - we need cover in the full-back areas and he probably gives us the possibility to go for wing-backs too.

Been mentioned on here and Twitter, no idea if its just the same person though. Apparently news about him coming out tonight.
The Real Saints
Foster's the kind of unlikeable arsehole who would fit in extremely well at Kilmarnock. It would certainly add some extra spice to next week's Meh Derby (as if any additional spice was actually needed). Hopefully Danny Swanson challenges him to another Plastic Pitch Punch-Up. Let them break the seats and then bill them for new ones. Quick thinking response to cover your error though.

RandomGuy.
Thats media confirmation Foster is on his way out of Saints. He "verbally abused Tommy Wright during a training session" and was told to stay away. Maybe would've got away with it if he didnt have previous disciplinary action against him (fighting with a team mate). Good luck if you are signing him, still a quality right back but mentally hasn't grown up yet.
