My grandson was born with back issues and is in a wheelchair. he is 3 and will start school in a few years. My son, born and raised here wants to move to Scotland. This to me shows it to be racially motivated and also that he was of sound enough mind (for a terrorist murdering c**t) that they can't use any mental breakdown defense.
