StewartyMac
I'm a bit worried about his serve already though. He seems to be struggling a bit to get that 1st serve in early doors.

Scary Bear
Looks like he'll have to wait a little longer for a gran slam title win. Maybe he should tamper with Federer's brakes. If not he could be another Monty.
printer
Doesn't really look like he believes he is going to win. Won't beat Federer unless he steps up the aggression. His footwork is sluggish. C'mon Andy, get the finger out! Edited January 31, 2010 by printer

StewartyMac
I don't think there's many players would be beating Federer when he's on this kind of form. When the fúck is he ever going to retire?
printer
Yawnnnnn. He's only 22 ffs. Agreed. Plus he is playing probably the greatest player ever at the height of his powers.

C'mon Andy, get the finger out! indeed, I believe a sage said it a page or so back, "come on andy, stop pissing about and get on with it!" needs to buck up his ideas and start making the chocolate maker sweat.

StewartyMac
Throughout the tournament, Murray has been mixing it up well with drop shots, serve & volley, and agressive pass shots down the line. Today, he's back to his normal defensive hope-the-other-guy-fucks-up tactic. A lot of that's down to Federer not giving him much of a sniff, but he's got to start taking some more chances, or this will be over very quickly.
theentomologist
this bloody inability to serve is serious pissing me off now.

Scary Bear
Yawnnnnn. He's only 22 ffs. True, and Federer does have to retire sometime. The trouble is other young things may come on the scene. Monty in the making.
