Well that second half performance was simply atrocious. Neatly underlines the lack of experience in the side in the manner that they ditched their entire manner of play from the first-half after the equaliser, in order to chase the ball like headless chickens. If we're aiming for a play-off spot, resolving this needs to be our top priority in the transfer window, rather than have O'Ware swan around in the middle of the park when times are good but nowhere to be found when the team needs proper leadership, or just covering for a full-back at a 50/50 challenge thirty yards from goal. If we don't or can't, then we still look more than good enough for a 6th placed finish, so it's not going to be a disaster if we focus on next season's squad instead.

To be fair to the defence, they did fairly well to restrict Raith to a handful of chances, given that the midfield didn't appear from the tunnel for 45 minutes.

Definite penalty for ourselves. Clear contact and he's put his leg in for the tackle.

Only caught the second half of the game, but we performed fine although the first half was apparently woeful. Bates looked very solid and I'd be quite happy to see him play there while we rest Toshney.

Brilliant win which can hopefully act as a springboard. First equaliser for McKinnon's Rovers, and first team to win at Cappielow from outwith the top three.

Awful first half, good second. Morton will say the reverse. Draw probably fairest but we could easily have had a penalty before we did - and it was a stonewaller when it arrived, the Morton player sold the jerseys needlessly, Megginson was going nowhere. Terrific result though, even if the performance wasn't the best. Four points from our last two away games is absolutely magnificent.

Somehow we're three points clear in fourth with a game in hand.

I said we dominated the first half due to the wind and was worried that it would change in the second half.

Both halves were mirror images of each other and if anything the wind was even stronger in the 2nd half which is just Mortons luck.

Neither side have an excuse for how shite they were when playing against the wind though. The absolute basics deserted them.

O'Ware might aswell have joined the fans in the 2nd half we was that far away from the ball at all times.

Clearly far from perfect tonight, but a win by any means will do after not having had 3 points since mid-October. 3 points that put us back 4th over a team challenging us for that position will always be gratefully received.

A very good win tonight. There are things that need sorted but we can worry about that later - what matters is that we stopped the rot.
