Well, you seem to have clung onto the memory somewhat. It is hard to compare levels of greeting between matches played pre- and post-internet arrival, mind. (I actually agree, though, it was a decent point for us, and by, say, Tuesday, fans need to move on. See every Rangers/Morton thread for proof of why.) Seems you needed to have special permission to do that back then. Never seems to be an issue these days so i presume that laws been binned. Anyway it allowed us to boot eamon bannon thankfully. Now don't start foaming at the mouth buddies but is it not possible that the player is receiving the ball at that stage rather than passing it before passing it later?
