Swello
Surely unless every single member of Motherwells playing staff is ill or injured then the game being called off is a falicy. If he can put out a team then put out a team. That's why they're paid - to play. Aberdeen aren't Barcelona. The game's on - and you should be worrying more about the rampant mediocrity of your own team before thinking about others.
Milners
It would be funny as feck if we put out a depleted team and Aberdeen drop points after all the whinging about a game that was never gonna be called off. You'd think Aberdeen had been beaten by a glorious last minute wonder goal going by some of the rants Possibility going with Aberdeen in recent years! McGhee has the Aberdeen fans absolutely frothing Nearly as much as Motherwell fans when he was our manager! Wonder if we have similar songs tomorrow lol Club legend at our club but very much now hated because of the job he did as a manager
MikeyWellFan
It seems that as soon as a team becomes involved in a title race the support turns into a paranoid, frothing mess. A kind of Old Firm curse or something. Anyway I'm pleased the game is going ahead and it should hopefully be a cracker.
Bambino7
With the comments of Mark "ah wid love the sellick job" McGhee do you blame them?

kingjoey
Looking forward to this. The last time I was at Fir Park was when Russell scored his magnificent late equaliser.
BucksburnDandy
After all the bullshit this week, it would be quite typical if Motherwell were to win this one tomorrow. I hope not. As for McGhee, he's a despicable man. For us, with Pawlett and Rooney still out, the team virtually picks itself. Same as last week please. Robson and Jack have been working well together, while Considine and Taylor worked more effectively together than Reynolds and Taylor have in recent weeks. No idea what Motherwell are going to turn up tomorrow, but I imagine it will be quite a strong team, despite the flu "epidemic". Reckon this one will finish 2-1 to the Famous, with Church and Hayes scoring, McDonald for Well.
Tamdunk
I've bet on an Aberdeen win, draw is now a NAP
Raidernation
Motherwell will field their strongest side of the season, McGhee will moan at the ref all game, 'well will get the world's softest ever penalty, we will lose, McGhee will be a smug b*****d, Romeo and all his sellickbyraway friends will be on about shitting the bed/bottle crashing. Or............. Aberdeen will win 4-0 and McGhee will moan about the 'flu epidemic. (BTW if it's 'flu there's no way they'd have recovered in a couple of days, McGhee being over-dramatic as per (wonder if he's updated his Wiki page?)) Fir Park cynic
McGhee simply said after there were only 8 players in total including the u20s squad training on Wednesday that if it got worse he'd look for a call off. It hasn't got worse , he's got enough to select a team and the most relevant bit - he never asked for a call off. Not sure why the Aberdeen fans are wetting themselves and foaming at the mouth over it ? Would they offer to play a game with 8 players ? Is the pressure of the fight for third with Hearts getting to them ?
Romeo
The pressure it getting to the Aberdeen supporters resulting in foaming at the mouth and ranting. Possibility of multiple cranial detachments is high. Fully expect Aberdeen to win this but a defeat or a draw would be utterly hysterical.
Dons_1988
A draw away from home at a decent mid table side would be utterly hysterical? Each to their own I suppose.
shootingboots
It's only 3 2 points.

In some ways I wish we weren't going for the title so this pish from Celtic fans didn't appear in every single thread. It was much simpler times finishing 9th every season.
