Hibs v Falkirk

Recommended Posts

No matter how bad anyone's team is, Hibernian always find a way to make things better. Even by their standards, this is truly a total Hibsing of it.

Falkirk have had a phenomenal season and are more worthy of second place and a week off than Hibernian. Kudos to Peter Houston on a fantastic season. Falkirk would be a very worthy addition to the Premiership.

Really hope Hibs sack Stubbs and then take Hughes from us*.

*I know this has almost zero chance of happening but I can dream.

In true Hibs fashion, he'd probably go for the job interview, impress them initially with some good talk and decent ideas, before messing it up hilariously in the final few minutes. Which would actually make him more likely to get the job, considering the way Hibs seem to operate.

Couldn't be more in control until Oxley gets lobbed again. Signing him on a permanent deal looks like one of the worst managerial decisions in my time watching Hibs.

Bringing off the boy that's clearing absolutely everything with a few minutes to go is yet another awful bit of game management as well. Stubbs' career has been littered with these poor subs already.

A decent chunk of those players must be absolutely beeling that a few individuals have put that absolute minter on them. Can only pray that Virtanen or Logan actually turn out to be good and that Oxley being suspended finally gets someone else a game. Not holding my breath on that, bet they're both shite.

Hibs can ramble on about this that and the other but looking at the game there is no doubt that Falkirk deserved a result tonight.
