Rugster
I may have been a bit misty eyed when Schalk did his thing. Completely get it. Exactly. Perfectly acceptable to be in tears.

Savage Henry
A small amount of fans? There was sizeable number of hibs fans who headed straight for the bears, attacking players and staff on the way. It could have been a lot worse than it actually was but the vast majority of the bears stayed put. Most hibees went on to celebrate, a large number of them went on to fight. Uh huh. And if the Rangers fans had turned the other cheek, the Hibs fans would have looked like utter dafties.

Think folk are suggesting - why did they get a fight? Many other teams fans show restraint in the exact same circumstances....?

LinkinFighter
Folk saying 'they haven't won it for 100 years, they're entitled to invade the pitch" What's the cut off point? Can Motherwell fans invade the pitch as they haven't won it in 26 years? What about St Johnstone? They'd never won it prior to a few years ago. Why didn't they invade the pitch? Can they invade it if they win it next year? You can guarantee if Rangers fans (a 4 year old club) invaded the pitch, the exact same fans who are calling others 'morons' would be the 'morons' in that scenario. If it was Motherwell we'd run on. I wouldn't begrudge any team doing it.

DeeTillEhDeh
I think what annoys me most about the whole thing at the end was the attempt to equate it with the 1980 Cup Final. It was nothing like as bad as that and the media should stop blowing things out of all proportion.
