steelmen Posted May 6, 2016 Share Posted May 6, 2016 Quite easy for us SNP voters to say this, but this is how we've had numbers in the parliament in 1999 and 2003 including Nicola. Ironically, labour used to have this rule but obviously have ditched it after the likes of Hamzala Malik got in last time. I also believe that pre SNP government some key labour figures wanted to either scrap the list vote or make list msps 2nd class so to speak.
