The IBF are sanctioning it as well so they'll have a weigh in on the day of the fight How much are they allowed to have put on by the fight day weigh on?Losing loads of weight means on fight night you can be much bigger than your opponent but it also means you do the hardest training sessions of your camp on the least calories which means less energy to fuel the workouts and less energy to help you recover.
