AL-FFC
Also said that Fury never hurt him alongside the 40lbs costume excuse, if you cant walk with 40 lb on your body theres def something wrong its not like thats heavy.
GiGi
Can't carry a 40lb costume for 5 mins. Was somehow going to carry 270lb man leaning on him for 12 rounds. Says he wasn't hurt but generally stanky-legged his way round the ring for 7 rounds including being put down by a body shot. To give AJ some.credit at least he took his defeat like a man and came back better. Fury should wear Wilder's daft costume on his way to the ring before he beats him again just to rub it in.

He also said he could have come back as he had 5 rounds to go the phrase "aye right" springs to mind, Though i did see one on YouTube with some American commentator thinking the fight was 50/50

Brealand always moaned that Wilder never listened to him though and refused to do basic stuff to try and make his life easier and maybe win a few rounds. I wasnt aware of that until I listen to the 5Live podcast at work today.

Brealand did some interviews after the first Fury fight and he was almost crying he was so frustrated with Wilder. Not listened to the most recent podcasts but really enjoy it when they do the daily ones in the big fight build ups.
Detournement
Wilder was all over the place early on even before the big punches. The punch that presumably did the damage to his ear landed there because he turned completely the wrong way. His already shite footwork crumbled under pressure and it looked like going in with an extra stone and a half of muscle on his upper body hurt his mobility.

And you think AJ's footwork will stand up if Fury goes on the front foot, he'll be stumbling back like a drunk man in no time.

Whatever you think of AJ's footwork he was a quality amateur and is properly. Wilder fights like a guy who taught himself off YouTube. There is no comparison.

His footwork is atrocious moving backwards, Wilder is a guy that has allowed his arrogance to guide him, made next to no effort to hone his skills because he has a big punch, he'll feel foolish now.

He'll struggle against Wilder let alone Fury.
Bairnardo
Joshuas footwork is pish and when he gets rattled it's even worse. He'll struggle against Wilder let alone Fury. It's absolutely not going to be in AJs nature post Ruiz to have a shootout with anyone. He absolutely should have a shootout with Wilder IMO. He cant avoid the big shots like Fury did for more than a few rounds, but Wilder cant fight of the back foot either and doesnt go to the body much. AJ has the fundamentals to 1-2 down the pipe and shell up until something sticks, but will eventually get hit, and when its Wilder it just has to be anywhere on the head, then hes done. He doesnt have the resistance or the recovery and Wilder is a finisher. AJ has the power to ice Wilder no doubt about that. It's still a very intriguing fight. Both guys losses are ones that are hard to get back from mentally. I would like to see them fight. So much fragility available for each guy to target. -

His only chance against Fury is a shootout because he's at least two levels below when it comes to boxing ability. As for him and wilder yep it is a 50/50. I just see it if Povetkin can land at will there's a good chance Wilder will take his head off and unlike Fury he won't recover.
LargsTON
Have a look at Dillian Whytes interview with sky sports btw. It's on YouTube. Just spends a few minutes laughing at Wilder for 'tarkin rubbish.'

Detournement
The rematch will probably be his last big payday so he needs to get his excuses in even if they are ridiculous.
Shandon Par
Wilder’s ego is maybe too big for him to improve. AJ learned from his defeat and Fury learned from his draw and both came back with a solid game plan, based on the advice of coaches who know their stuff.
