Just to clarify; I meant in a competitive match not a friendly. Thank you.

Poor stuff from you.  If you're trying to make a point then get it right first time or get made to look a fool - as you just did.

It unfortunately gets more viewers than televising one of the "better" games like Dunfermline-Inverness or Ross County-Raith, but that was really grim viewing. It wasn't even an intense training exercise. Sticking crap like that on the TV drums home to audiences that there are only two teams in Scotland and the rest is pub league standard.

Who needs the TV money most?

You're making the mistake of thinking that games should be broadcast for footballing reasons.

I've droned incessantly about "Football Scotland" doing something different re media rights and tonight's second 45 confirms it. A snorefest that, apart from a few diehards, absolutely nae c**t was interested in.

And yet you watched the whole game?

Another pre season friendly type game, this competition is a joke.

Not for the smaller clubs who would normally go out very early on, but get a few other chances to try and progress should their first game be a loss.

Looking forward to the game today. Should be a reasonable away support for July - circa 6-700+

Nice summer day and new ground.  Feels like a shorter Euro trip...

To only lose by 2 goals at Castle Greyskull deserves credit given gulf in resources.

Add in the DREADED plastic pitch and I expect this to be a tough game.  We need to win and preferably in 90 minutes or the next 2 games are pre-season friendlies.

Is it a pre season friendly or is it benefitting small clubs like Motherwell?

I know you are a poor troll/alias but at least try and be consistent.

Hellboy never mentioned a specific club though.
Why would a Celtic fans post make a 'rangers fan' make a snide dig about Motherwell?

Motherwells first game was a loss but they still have a chance to progress, as the QC implied.

I really do suggest that you take up with the QC and let him explain it all....

Its OK, I've got it now.
Motherwell were the only club to lose their first match in the opening round of fixtures,no one else just Motherwell.
