Here we go again.

RANGERS hitman Abdallah Sima has picked up a hip injury at the African Cup of Nations with Senegal.

Sima is Rangers' joint top league scorer with James Tavernier after scoring ten goals for Philippe Clement's side after joining on loan from Brighton.

Sent back to the club for treatment, with Senegal saying it’s a thigh injury with a “long period of unavailability” 🙈😩

Confirmation from Clement that both Sima and Dowell will be out “long-term” and looks like their seasons might be over, particularly Dowell who requires surgery.

You’d expect Brighton will take Sima back their for re-hab to make sure he’s looked after properly !!

Our best attacking threat and also pretty decent covering back defensively.

Aye, he will be a huge miss just going by the number of goals he scores alone.

Chris Jack now reporting that Diomande will sign for £4.5m so seems pretty reliable.

That’s quite a lot of money.  No pressure on the lad.

Don’t worry.  You’ve got *checks notes* Scott Wright to fill in.

aye, a lot more than I expected we’d be paying this month, if it’s accurate.

Don’t forget about Rabbi Matondo!

I Weirdly got annoyed that they remained seated during his applause but good to see they got to their feet. Players like him don't come around too often.

Aye, just a top class professional and a quality player. Over 300 appearances in the English top flight too and the most capped outfield player of all the home nations. Love him.

Strangely for a Rangers player, not in the least dislikeable.
