Heading over this weekend and have Milan sorted, but also planning on heading over to Bergamo as Atalanta are at home on the Sunday. Anyone been to see them? Thinking of just jumping on the train and grabbing tickets from the club shop in the city centre on the day as it doesn't look to sell out very often.

im sure I read somewhere that buying tickets on the day can be a problem in Italy.never been to a game there so don't know myself

Seems the reason for Roma having no display before the game was due to their Ultras fighting with each other.

Lazio have looked pretty decent tonight, would hope without the distraction of the Europa League they can nab fourth spot.

Di Francesco has been sacked and Ranieri ([emoji23]) is expected to take over as caretaker until the summer. Gasperini has to be the main target IMO.
In my opinion I have a lot of sympathy for Di Francesco, he's had the spine of the squad removed recently and not replaced in any way. Also Dzeko buries one of his two easy chances last night, or they get that penalty at the death and he's still got a job. Fine margins.

Ranieri ffs. How does that work.

As far as I know, it's still the case in Italy that you can only hire an out of work manager, you can't poach someone already in a job. That severely limits your potential new manager pool. It's also why clubs will sometimes take a manager back who they'd sacked only a few months previous. Ranieri knows the club and I'm sure will only be there until the end of the season as a steadying hand.

Yep, a manager can't manage two Serie A sides in the same season.

Monchi seems to be touted to end up in England somewhere? Obviously did a good job at Sevilla but you wouldn't say there's been any improvement at Roma. That goalie they signed to replace Alisson is rotten.
