ZingaliMan Posted Thursday at 12:40 Share Posted Thursday at 12:40 Just read the Brentford owner is looking to invest in a yet un-named Scottish Club. Hibs and Hearts already have investment from EPL owners. Who is next Aberdeen, Dundee United, Killie.

Gibby82 Posted Thursday at 13:17 Share Posted Thursday at 13:17 It's United but no idea where it's at just now, was the tail end of last year I think when it was first rumoured.

Stu Posted Thursday at 17:24 Share Posted Thursday at 17:24 Club has suspended Rooney following an alleged incident in Glasgow at the weekend (the statement has broken the website!).
RandomGuy. Posted Thursday at 17:24 Share Posted Thursday at 17:24 Looks like Rooney being near his pals is a bad thing for him after all.

Innocent until proven guilty and all that. However, based on his perma-rage on the park, I'm not hopeful of a positive outcome from this.
Ludo*1 Posted Thursday at 17:37 Share Posted Thursday at 17:37 He's an absolute f**king melt. Decent player and a coup for St Mirren if he had managed to get his head sorted but he's had more moments lashing out and being a dick already for St Mirren than I ever remember for St Johnstone and now this. One of those that was definitely worth the gamble, but what an absolute roaster of a guy.
Pizzo Posted Thursday at 17:40 Share Posted Thursday at 17:40 Did he kick someone twice who was lying on the ground?
djchapsticks Posted Thursday at 17:41 Author Share Posted Thursday at 17:41 It's clearly been a serious incident if the club has seen fit to suspend him as a precaution.

Was always an issue with us apparently trying to keep him from going back to Glasgow for nights out with pals who encouraged that side of him. I still think he was physically good enough to have a good career down south but wasting his chance there at a club purely because they're managed by Scott Brown, then coming back up the road instead of trying again because it's close to his mates, probably sums him up.

Ryan Strain was an absolute sesh moth and not at all professional but at least he wasn't going out and getting himself in stupid shit to the levels of this.
The Real Saints Posted Thursday at 17:44 Share Posted Thursday at 17:44 He's a very thick individual who is bound to self-destruct if he's not at a respectable club or surrounded by respectable people. The St Mirren move was always going to end in disaster.

thomas Posted Thursday at 17:46 Share Posted Thursday at 17:46 It concerns me he's felt the need to say to the club about the incident and the club's then felt they have to suspend him immediately.
