Winnable ? Surely this is a game we MUST win, even at this early stage of the season, if we have aspirations to surpass last season's success. No ifs, no buts, this is a MUST WIN !

We out-played Well in the 1st game last season but lost, and then Gallagher got sent off in the 2nd one while we we playing great but then lost.

This is not a must win. Yet it is a very very good opportunity to reverse our opening 2 games last season.

Dee are no mugs, but we are more than capable of beating them and we should grab this chance.

Losing points in games you should win has a toll to pay when the prizes are given out.

They are suspect at LB and have slow CB's. Their midfield is decent and I wonder if we'll match their 4. Up front they are not great.

Whereas, we are the 2nd top scorers in the league 😃

Im not commenting on ability etc., but you lot are absolute stick ons to lose to Dundee now based on this thread.

The P&B gods do not allow confidence to go unpunished.

It's a "should win" game.

Last season at home, on our day, most teams struggled to cope with our pressing game.

We've also injected more pace into the team which helps enormously.

Our strikers are scoring and Strain, Baccus, Kiltie and O'Hara are on their game.

That's why I said "should win".:rolleyes:

Nah, we have to win on Saturday, otherwise the boost we've given ourselves with the Hibs result will have been pissed away. Anything less than a victory against Dundee will be a huge disappointment and will certainly dent the confidence our players have created for themselves.

We need to get right in about them. Force the play and use the pace of Toyosi.

McMenamin is a player who will also get better with game time.

If we are on top of our game this is winnable

:lol:
Had to check the fixtures hadn’t been rearranged this weekend. Turns out it’s still Dundee not Celtic.

If we can be arsed we’ll win not if we are on top of our game. If we can’t be arsed we risk not winning it.

Looks like 6 wins to me.

In which case your lot will be top of the league by September.

Lack of confidence != success

Overconfidence == failure

Anyone whos ever read a P&B thread before a match knows the rules.

We have enough negative fans to balance things up lol

The margins between success and failure in the top flight are usually tiny.

We've no divine right to beat anyone, and Dundee looked pretty decent from what I saw at the weekend.

That said, we are in Paisley, and if we are to have a good season we need to repeat the excellent home form of last season.

If we're to have an incredible season we need to do that AND improve our away form.

Looking forward to the game, think it should be a cracker!
