Think overall, McCallum would be the one out of the two I'm desperate for us to get. He's highly rated and playing in a position that we desperately need to fill.

Thorvaldsson is training with us, that's 100% but not sure that necessarily translates into a loan deal without meriting a further look given he's never played first team football.

I think he's a right midfielder....could be wrong on that.

Going by these clips, he can play CM or RM.

Solid signing that. As long as he's not been scarred by his year at Southend he's more than capable of playing at this level, indeed in the top 6.

In respect of Goodwin's comments, I'm not certain he's that great a leader. I felt his form dropped after getting the captaincy to the point where he was probably lucky to retain his spot for a while. Still, a good signing who I'm certain will do well for you.

If Joe's last season with us is the benchmark then he's not solid at all. Still raging about his performance at Hamilton, useless c**t that he is.

Looks like another excellent signing. Good age and plenty of experience at this level.

Can’t ask for much more.

Div revealing it on the P&B twitter before the club announces it is top class shithousery,

Good signing. I'd expect @RandomGuy. to be all over the thread for a bit.

Meh, he was a good player for us but he wasn't ever a defender I was overly gutted about losing, nor am I too bothered hes signed elsewhere.

He'll be a success at St Mirren, and i wouldn't be shocked if he's captain one day.

Or in case McAllister isn't there....

Interesting that we've gone for cover on the right side of midfield. This suggests that they want to cover in case Kyle McAllister can't make every match.
Either way, we still need a LB and a striker as a minimum.

Believe me, after the season McAllister had, no-one is buying him just now.

More likely in case he's not actually over the fitness issues he's had.

Left back and centre forward a must.

Also maybe another centre half as cover.
