I'm still not convinced about either fullback position. By all accounts Scobbie can do a job at LB, but he'd be a significant improvement over either Durnan or Edge at CB. Murdoch did ok at RB last season but I'd still rather have an actual RB there. It looks like we're starting the new season with the same soft centre and fullbacks playing outwith their natural positions.

Happy enough with Murdoch right back, but not keen on Scobbie left back would rather him in the middle. But can't see us bringing anyone else

You lot almost stayed up. ALMOST.
But we are on the up and your playing Brechin in the league.

Just saying

On the up? you couldn't even tempt Jack Ross from a team that were in a relegation dog fight in the championship and your struggling to pay hartley his dues, maybe the yank owners will move the franchise to brechin?

That's cause he thinks it's the weakest fundesliga in living memory and he's bound to win a title with you diddys as the competition.

If you're going to keep posting on this thread you really must learn to use capital letters when appropriate.  They are pretty strict on that sort of thing here.  Football issues are not so important these days.  Quite understandably so, given the present state of the club.

Mehmet- made a couple of good saves and In the second half after his scuff kick, clean sheet as well 7/10

Scobbie- defensively strong, what we need. People on the way out all said he was their MOTM 7/10

Briels- wasn't that good in the 1st half I didn't think, better In the 2nd. Put in some tough tackles 6/10

McMullan- when he got going In the 2nd half he ripped them apart, scored a great goal, we've missed having an attacking winger like him 8/10

King- played really well in the 2nd half, had a good run for the 1st goal, looks a tidy player 7/10

Keatings- some good deliveries, took his pen well 6/10

Stanton- come on and won the penalty straight away, only played 20 minutes.

N'koyi- only played 15 minutes but looks like a tough battering ram up top, different option to Keatings.

Agree with most of that apart from being quite worried about the keeper, seemed very hesitant to come for anything.

Overall feel far more optimistic about this team- keatings is the best crosser of a ball we've had for some time. Shame we were getting him to whip balls into the box when he was our only striker though...
