My guess is they've been up all night in the boardroom finishing off the malt and arguing about who's going to be chairman. They're now playing strip poker, first man naked gets the job.

I’m picturing something like this:

At least one departure is being announced later apparently. Meant to be Gardiner but it could be just another rumour. We'll find out soon I hope.

The Scott Burns tweet is very concerning. I'd expect either administration or that it's imminent unless new investment is found after the loss of the deal with Starkraft for the use of the stadium car park(s).

Predictions for the statement:

Gardiner and Ferguson to go.

New chairman some local business owner.

Appeal to fans to renew season tickets.

Massive losses to be covered by club OnlyFans.

If admin did happen does anyone know what happens to wage contracts for the likes of Gardiner, Ferguson and Dodds?

It would seem very unjust if they were added to the list of creditors while everyone else, probably far less responsible for the situation, is just laid off.

I demand a statement from Panos Thomas.

Genuine Question - what does he bring to the club or has brought to get a seat at the big table? Still cant work out why or how he's involved., or is now his time to take control with outside investors?

No idea. Looking over the Watford situation,he doesn't seem like someone you'd trust at your club. But it doesn't take a lot to see how he could benefit in a similar way.

At Watford, after mismanagement and poor finances. He becomes the sole director. Allowing him to sell the club to his friend cheaply. And let him look for a buyer to get more.

Although. I don't see who he'd think he could sell to?

That seems likely given that the type of contract someone like Ferguson or even Gardiner is on is different to that of an employee whose job is behind the desk at reception, for instance.

Even if Gardiner agrees to take 10p to the £1 as a creditor in the event of administration, that would be far more than he deserves.

I wouldn't worry, Dodds has a track record of doing the noble thing as a creditor to help clubs during such a terrible situation

Does the Morrison resignation affect the so called second part of the plan?

This has to be something they believe is good news but another terrible idea. Maybe a sweetner for the fans like a reduction in the cost of a season ticket or staying with the same strip for next season? Minor stuff to distract and tell us they are the good guys.

Maybe they are about to announce the departure of the whole remaining 1st team plus a number of employees at the club to cut costs. Stadium only being occupied 3 days a week for people working there to cut costs.

Could be to do with the accounts and the SFA licence?

Artificial pitch at the stadium incoming? More money we don't have thrown at something temporary?

More likely its going to be another bomb dropped on the club and the supporters.

Admin if we don't get fresh investment or new owners.  We kind of already knew that was the scenario we find ourselves in.  At least Kelty has been scrapped.  Just need the *** bastard gone now.

So approaching an insolvency practitioner for advice but not going into administration?

Seems to be the Everton approach
