Decent chance the board uses those games as a shot to nothing and lets Hecky take the two likely defeats. Then it's a bunch of games we'd usually be looking to win. If whoever is in charge hits the ground running in those games, the panic will go away and we can even think about salvaging a semi-decent season. Despite what we'd like to believe, players are absolutely going to watch or read the managers press conference.
