Think we need more surveys going forward. Once a week should be enough?

Great idea.  Literally the best ever way of keeping the support on side regardless of what happens on the pitch.

We should appoint someone to read these weekly surveys?

A certain ex Motherwell, Aberdeen and Dundee manager is still available.

The owners son is at fault here imo.

I think that the overriding strategy is to buy a lot of young players, many of them not hardened in the first team yet, and hope that the odd one turns out to be a diamond - sell on and continue the cycle.

We are like a Poundland Udinese

Currently watching this.

Ron looked seething when being asked about Kensall and Ian

Ron also moaning about Hearts being the first home game of the season.

He should really just stop talking in public. Is it not a slightly worrying sign that he hasn't realised that his public communications aren't actually any good and he should leave it to someone else?

Obviously an ego problem with this lad. He can't see his own weaknesses. Get a professional to do this stuff.

I didn’t mind a lot of what he says but then there are some completely mental shouts in there too. Suppose I respect him for doing it after such a poor result and day for the club.

He’s moaning about our first two home games being Rangers/Hearts because of the hospitality work that’s been done. I assume he would’ve preferred a couple of quieter games to get it settled in but the SPFL aren’t here to work around our issues. Just need to suck it up and get on with it.

That much has been obvious for ages.

Need a DoF or Sporting director or whatever - just someone who understands football.

Appreciate its amusing for you guys but ffs, this is like your peak Budge years for us.........no sure when its going to end.

One big improvement we've had recently is Budge generally shutting the f**k up. I'd imagine someone had a word, or maybe she just worked it out herself.

Frankly, if you can't do public statements to the Vlad-standard, you've got no business doing them.

This is very amusing to watch, to be fair. He just seems to have no self-awareness. And a lot of what he says is just weird.

He literally got rid of all the people who were previously employed by the club to do stuff like that.

Heres to an hour of long winded gash for the next hour:

That was an absolute car crash.

Anytime he was asked a question to answer for performance and answer to why fans are unhappy he questioned who the supporters were that were feeling that.

Personally delighted that we have a few screens and some fancy hospitality offerings now.

I previously referred to the owner/regime as charlatans, I now think that the correct word is incompetent.

No chance I'm watching that video. There'll be plenty opportunities in the coming months for Hibs to spoil my weekends. Not going to let them start doing it on the weekends they don't even have a game.

Few rumours doing the rounds that Johnson has got the first five league games to sort it.

It's a first five games with very interesting potential.

Hibs got out of jail last season by getting  earlyhome games against Livi and Ross County when both of those sides were struggling to put a team on the park. Actually watching them play could tell anyone that was looking that they were a poor side, but they got an easy 6 points that papered over the cracks. After those fixtures, which were an winnable as you're going to get in the top flight, they only won two of their next fifteen, both against St Johnstone.

It's a different looking first five this season. Not an easy one for LJ. Easy to see him under a lot of pressure early on.

They have just hired a Head of Football Operations. Seems to be going well

We won 3 out of the first 5 matches last season, Well, Livi, Ross County and drew the other two against, admittedly, lesser opposition.
