kefc
At 6:30pm tonight Spartans and Cove will feel the reward for their efforts of winning the Lowland/Highland League as they enter the Betfred Cup Group draw. The exposure of being in this competition and a minimum financial reward of £20k plus is huge for any non league club. Another example on where the Lowland League/Pyramid and the SJFA are in the pecking order in Scottish football. Junior clubs should have been at the forefront of the non league game and pyramid but unfortunately the leaders didn’t want to know and they still don’t which in turn can do serious damage to some clubs the way it’s panning out. How blind can you be.

Lithgy and boness loving these day outs On the bright side from a traditional big West Lothian derby standpoint, Whitburn could still finish above them. Getting a bit mental though that any team outside the east premier relegation zone will likely be in next year's superleague.
welshbairn
TBF I don't think anyone outside Banks o'Dee is staying up nights worried about this stuff in the North, and their chairman says he's not. The SJFA questionnaire that got sent out had next to zero relevance to Northern sides.
