San Starko Rover
Why are people so attached to the Association and/or the Junior moniker? God knows, surely they wouldn’t be Junior if they moved across whether it’s as a block or individually. The second you’re in the pyramid you’re a Senior team.

Inanimate Carbon Rod
The whole point of the pyramid is that its the stages of senior league progression, you can’t be ‘junior’ in a senior pyramid. It looks like Ladeside won’t go for it and that’s a real shame as they are a cracking outfit. Just wonder which other clubs will stay??

BSC Glasgow, Caledonian Braves, Bonnyton Thistle came from the juniors. Who knows who might pop up with a amateur/youth background. Looking at SFA Platinum Quality Mark Clubs in West region towns that don't currently have a junior or senior non league team throws up possibilities like: Strathaven Dynamo AFC Giffnock SC Milngavie FC Glenburn Miners Welfare FC (Prestwick) Ardencaple FC (Helensburgh) Drumchapel United Holytown Colts

Wouldn't read too much into Kilbirnie being opposed at this point. Plenty of big names in the east adopted that posture intially two seasons ago as well.

LongTimeLurker
Still people in the west region that seem to think that the SFA will impose a solution they like. Junior Pub League
This is going to play out exactly as it did in the East. Trickle become a flood and some former big names get left behind in a league of terrible quality. Move or watch your club wither, it's that stark a choice.
Born To Run
In a way, I’m delighted that this is now out in the open and that we will have movement in time for next season. I’m also mindful not to “rub it in” for people who just want to stay Junior. At least this way clubs can choose their own futures for themselves - set local football, or the prospect of moving up the levels.
