I've got to admit, when you saw him walking down the stairs, through the tunnel, he wasn't carrying himself like a man with a dislocated shoulder, it wasn't held up and to his chest like you would expect, he appeared to be walking normally with both arms swinging normally at his side!!! Ramos is just an utter thug who was probably on the highest bonus of the night to take Salah out. For the third goal, that happens week in week out, first Bale goal, nobody was saving that and as for their first goal, opportunism at its finest.
