It's not a member of the independence parties or part of the government. Obviously La Vanguardia and the unionist section of Catalonia don't like CP. I don't think pro independence people disagree with CP on this point though. Appreciate I've lived in Scotland pretty much my whole life so I could be missing it all entirely and i'm getting it second hand from back there. I feel that a lot people are going to work and living their life as best they can but that doesn't mean they are not angry at the situation. The incarcerations have strengthened resolve in my view of this section of the country (and increased resentment in others not pro-indy as i've seen myself). cards on the table I support pretty much everything Ada Colau says on this. I don't dislike CP - I didn't like Mas much.

Antlion
Do Britnats now have to get obligatory stauners for all political unions except the EU (now that the fatherland has decreed that one bad)?

Bully Wee Villa
Finland and Argentina preparing to recognise Catalonia, apparently. Once Sporcle recognises Catalonia, it's game over for the Spanish.

It is based on a vote that was declared illegal by the Spanish courts. We continue to want to see the rule of law upheld, the Spanish constitution respected, and Spanish unity preserved."
NotThePars
Typical shitebaggery from the UK govt. Found the Labour lot that were unwilling to give any support to the Catalonians for fear of being seen to tacitly give credence to another indyref even more disappointing however.

And the reasons usually posited for the EU being a bad one is that it "takes control" from its member nations. If that's something to be deplored, the UK and Spain must be the Fred and Rose West of political unions. Funnily enough, plenty of Britnats think to seem to think they're great.
