alta-pete
The Greek Thomson church out by the city centre Co-op. Even as a wee kid (a while ago now) I couldn't fathom how the Council could have allowed the roads round it.
Bobby Skidmarks
In Inverness, its not a building but an impressive structure. The fallen tree in the Islands that someone turned into a snake. Every one has probably had a carry out when they were a kid here. In Edinburgh, I'd go for the Old West street in Morningside.

Had wondered what it was. A real waste of a building.

Its quite impressive in 'real life', you can see it for miles from some angles too. I think the dockyard is trying to flog it now.

J_Stewart
Here in Aberdeen it’s probably Ardoe House where we got married, which is now a beautiful hotel, and a lovely building. At home in Golspie it’s unquestionably Dunrobin Castle though, genuinely one of the most beautiful buildings in the country, especially from the gardens / beach on a sunny day when you can see the Ben behind it. Spectacular.
alta-pete
Where is/was that bingo place? Eh? On the Nethergate, across from the back door to Debenhams in The Overgate. Been away a bit too long?
