Only question is whether we spend it right but there will be money to spend. How were people proven wrong on this before? Rangers may have spent lots in recent summers, but given their continuing reliance on loans, it's perfectly fair to say they didn't really have serious money to spend, just big chunks of ST income.

Do people actually believe that sevco spent a lot of money on transfers last year? Funny how their accounts showed lots of transfer fees due a liabilities, presumably for pedros duds..... Surely this will affect stevie g's 100m war chest !

The point is that they've spent plenty on players, be that on transfer fees or big wages. That doesn't however mean that they've got lots of money. The relationship between wealth and spending at Rangers remains a curious one.

hellbhoy
I don't think Sevco have even came close to reaching peak banter years yet. Something in my spidey senses is tingling that the shite is well and truly about to be thrown at the fans, and when I say fans, I mean the fuckwits that call themselves Rangers supporters.

aDONisSheep
You're all fvcking dicks! I have it on good authority from a Nigerian prince that I converse with, that all high finance works as follows! You will only receive 'off the radar' investment benefits if you first enter into spunkalicious contracts with ex-scouse pub brawlers. Anyone that suggests that the contra is true, and that high profile investment attracts high profile signings is a f3nian sympethiser and simply not a staunch enough investor! SilverWolfe
What if....Stevie G were to tell the bears no and instead accept an offer from Brendan Rodgers to be part of his management team at Celtic? That would be fun

nsr
Gerrard may be thick as mince but presumably he has agents and things who will be able to tell him this would be a terrible idea.

Florentine_Pogen
As Tam McCourts assistant. For those of you who may be unaware of Tam McCourt , KCG, OBE, he is the leading light and true power behind Hibernian FCC, aka “This Particular Club”. Tache Petrie and Tachette Dempster take their lead from Tam, in everything from appointing coaches to instigating devilish playbook activities designed to send the Zombies to Defcon 4. ????????????????????????

Yours Mason aDONis I wouldn't sneer at the thought of a Nigerian prince investing in Rangers. There's at least one with a spare million, thanks to Accies.
