It is odd it’s as early as it is. 12 at the earliest would be sensible.

Clubs can never win have an early inspection and the game is off you get stick, leave it later and it gets called off and you get even more stick. At least if it got called off early it would save people travelling.

Aye the club will be desperate to have this one played on a Tuesday night in January in front of 150 folk.

Considering the snow has been on the pitch since early yesterday and they've made no attempt to clear it.

Only a thin layer don't rely on rain, lazy b*****ds.

To be fair to City I would imagine it will be the Spartans Academy folk who will do the work on the pitch they  just rent it. Same things happened at Broadwood in the past.

Taken from the City twitter.

Sadly today’s match is off due to weather conditions. The pitch maintenance suppliers do not recommend putting salt down and the manual removal of ice and snow will result in removal of the rubber pellets and damage the integrity of the pitch fibres.

Spartans arn't going to f**k up their pitch especially for another club.

Mickey mouse club had no intention of getting the game on , yet they said the snow is melting yesterday [emoji23]
Give there committee a chance to watch their teams in the old firm game without the inconvience of having to put the game on today

Clyde fans complaining about snow not being cleared from the pitch [emoji38][emoji38]
How many NL Leisure staff will be out clearing Broadwood on New Year's Day when the ice that is on it right now hasn't shifted?

Ask your pals on the board they should know

Three more midweek  away games to be played at a time of year when we have 3 out of four away.

To think that some people were actually desperate for the Peterhead game to be postponed
