But at the same time many dog breeds have been created purely to be aggressive, and no amount of training is going to prevent it coming out. Even the tamest dog is capable of turning at a moments notice, theyre animals. Yeah so the breeds have been created by…humans. Im not sure cantwell is even saying there shouldn’t be restrictions on dog breeds is he? A bit of a tangent but often governments have to do step in and make a decision that isn't targeting the real culprit but it's still ultimately the right decision. For instance people think parents should always be providing healthy nourishing meals for their kids but many don't hence why free school meals have to be provided.
