It first raised it's head when those two ENglish fans did it with the wee Sunderland fan who died of cancer, some balaclava'd Hibs fan did it about the Ibrox disaster and I saw a seething Hearts da put the Israeli flag on his phone to provoke the Celtic fans on Sunday.
