GTG_03
Haven't been keeping up with this because I am not really interested. Is this now going ahead? So disinterested that you're asking on a football forum as to it's progress aye ?
Hedgecutter
Fascinating When was that from? I’m assuming that the depot will have been behind the police station which served as the ticket office and club shop for a long time It was levelled as part of the redevelopment but you can see it on the left here ~1845, so evidently pre-ground and difficult to argue with police horse manure being sold from the site of police station. Perhaps Kingsford could double up as some depot for all fertiliser, tractor vaporising oil, horse haylage and other agricultural supplies to compliment the nearby garden centres.

PauloPerth
This is a bit like those American football teams where the owner decides more money can be made taking the club away from its roots and relocating elsewhere because a brand new stadium is on offer. Will the Aberdeenshire franchise keep the same name, or will that be looked into at the time of the move? Westhill Wanderers has a nice ring to it. Kingsford Kickers not so much.

Yeah it's actually nothing like that at all.

The Heart of Midlothian have wiped the floor with Aberdeen in terms of supporters through the gates each week throughout history. There's also that small fact that we are the Capital's establishment club - they are a provincial north-east backwater. Are they slightly more successful? Sure. Hearts have underachieved in large spells throughout history. Oh, and as for the Aberdeen boy saying that we've always 'counted tickets sold' and they've only counted bums on seats... True fantasy land stuff. In the eighties and nineties Aberdeen outsold both Hibs and a Hearts in sausage rolls, in the noughties it was hot dogs, and now Aberdeen are the highest pie sellers between the three clubs. And it’s the best pie in the country. (Apart from St Johnstone’s steak and chorizo, when it’s on sale)
EdTheDuck
I hope when they shut down Pittodrie they're going to sell bits off Ima buy me a seat just in case they do a Tynecastle and forget to order any...

topcat(The most tip top)
~1845, so evidently pre-ground and difficult to argue with police horse manure being sold from the site of police station. Back in 1845 Tynecastle police station would have been out of Town and a couple of generations later when Hearts moved out to Gorgie it was on the outskirts so there were plenty of people predicting that it was too remote Plus ça change

DA Baracus
I lived in Aberdeen for 5 years and really liked it. Certainly not a shithole. Loads of great bars and places to eat, plenty of decent shops and the Vue cinema is brilliant. Shout out to the hidden gem that is the Maritime museum.
