If so that's both him and Watret missing for Saturday, leaving only Stanger, McAllister and Reading as our only fit defenders. ETA - Yes he has been called up haha. Howley probably at CB then, finished the Falkirk game there

This mob took us to extra time last year , need to avoid that again as we will guarantee another couple of additions to our injury list.

Ok that makes sense because apparently we were set to sign him but it got scuppered because he was injured, then 2 or 3 weeks later he signed for you guys, couldn’t understand at the time. He’s a cracking player and if he gets back to you early next year he will be a great asset for the run in.

shizzlemanizzle
Just watched the ICT meeting on YouTube. Brings home yet again how much Lachlan Cameron did us a favour by telling umpteen charlatans to go away before selling us to Smith. Gardiner should end up in the jail. He won’t but if Cameron hadn’t been as diligent as he was we could have ended up in the hands of a Gardiner. Doesn’t change Lachlans politics being f**ked up.

Aye, he's only a couple of weeks away still, like we were told over a month ago.... 23 minutes ago, Vinnyjag said: Ok that makes sense because apparently we were set to sign him but it got scuppered because he was injured, then 2 or 3 weeks later he signed for you guys, couldn’t understand at the time. Was a tackle made in training that's done him unfortunately, think early new year was what was thought for his recovery.

itzdrk
Couldn't give a f**k who plays on Sunday, if Tam Tait and Whittaker fancy a kick about they can be in defence. Timmo in nets. Squad is too injured for a run in the jobbies cup.

Yes it went to extra time last year but you had to thank the referee Steven Kirkland for that. He added an extra two minutes on to the six he said he was adding which let you off the hook.

ecocme
What’s the best result for us tonight? A draw or a Livi win or does it not really matter than much at this stage?
Thumper
1 minute ago, ecocme said: What’s the best result for us tonight? A draw or a Livi win or does it not really matter than much at this stage? There's no reasonable chance that an Ayr side that can barely muster eleven fit players in any position is going to challenge for the league. At least if Falkirk run away with it and scud all the other playoff hopefuls that leaves a chance to sneak in there.

That's a long wait you've had to fail with this point.

Would have got the sack that night had we not squeezed through.

Don’t think it matters tbh. With our injury issues and lack of incoming striker we won’t be anywhere near the title. Clinging onto a playoff place the target at this stage.

Livingston (I know they are still undefeated) might have had theirs but I fear not. However, like @ayrunitedfw, I have the fear tonight matters not to us.
1nickydevlin
Keep the faith ffs .it's October. A long long way to go . What it's worth Livingston will be just as dangerous as falkirk in this league.

I can't think of many seasons in the recent past when that's been the case and it pisses me off big time. Onwards, whatever - we need to stick together during this sticky spell. There's no other way.
