Copenhagen, Gent, Genk and Maribor all seem "beatable" if youre at your best, tbh, no idea who FCSB are

Best of luck btw.

We can’t draw Maribor due to them playing Rangers.

FCSB are Steaua Bucharest. Apparently they used to owned by the Romanian Army until recently, and the army sued them Mike Ashley style over the naming rights.

You can't draw a team from the same country till the last 16.

Cheers FoD. Excellent result for yersels last night as well. Maribor, like Molde,  are nothing to fear.

Haven’t Molde beaten the likes of Sevilla etc over the years.

Sevilla in the draw? I was pretty sure they owned the Europa League.

Also, how come Hibs and Aberdeen get such tough draws when elsewhere in the same round you have Lincoln Red Imps scrapping it out with The New Saints...?

Those are teams that have dropped out of CL qualifying.

I think part of the way UEFA got the most recent changes through (more places in CL groups for the big boys) was by giving more money / parachutes to the league champions of the absolute diddies. That meant that the only teams / countries that lost out with these changes were the likes of Celtic / Scotland, by making it harder to qualify for the CL group. But if you're a right diddy country, then you never had any chance of qualifying for that anyway.

Ah, okeydokey. Cheers. That makes sense as I did think that Lincoln Red Imps must surely have sewn up fifteen-in-a-row with the all-conquering Casciaro and Chipolina footballing dynasties at their disposal.

They beat Sevilla at home in the EL knockout a couple of years ago, yeah.

This year, they lost in the away leg to Glenavon.

A mixed bag. Definitely winnable for Hibs.

If we beat Molde we play the winners of the ties involving Zenit, Feyenoord, Genk, Olympiakos, or Braga. Draw is the morn, anyone but Zenit please.

Brutal.

Braga probably the best one to get there.
