Helen's Dad Posted June 5, 2018 Share Posted June 5, 2018 All this just highlights how important it is to scrap all cups (Evening Times especially) with the exception of the West before next season starts - 30 league games keep in mind. Additionally clubs should have to play a set quota of matches (say 14 league games by Christmas) or they start playing them on Astro under lights over the winter. Great idea let's all flock to the astro NOT, it's a horrid surface , hate watching games on it and I'm not alone , yet to see a decent match on one . Aye, wft is actually happening next season? the only thing I know to be concrete is there will be a bigger league and the Scottish Cup. Surely it makes sense for every team still involved that the winners of Glencairn v Pollok face Perthshire on Saturday and the final is Wednesday next week?
