Contrast that to an embarrassing effort from Perez out there scrapping with Stroll. Russell passed Perez on track just after the incident. Quite a stark contrast between the 2. Very good drive from Russell, tbf.

Must have chucked it mentally.
Mr. Brightside
Piastri is sum boi. A third penalty for Perez? Utterly abysmal.

Iminavest
Perez driving alot like a man who's been told he's out next year. Red Bull need someone capable of finishing P2 who won't rock the boat... step forward, Valtteri Bottas!

V.Aye.R
Naomi Schiff attempting some ridiculous defense for her wee pal Lewis. Fair play to Rosberg for calling that out for the embarrassing cheerleading it was.

Mr. Brightside
Hamilton has tweeted and admitted it was 100% his fault, yet you still have the Sky cheerleaders making up excuses.
parsforlife
How does f1 deal with the environment like today? IMO there’s far too many feeling the hit of racing in such heat to the point it’s dangerous. Being sick into the helmet, feeling like you’ll pass out etc, unacceptable for me. I know you can ask guys to be fitter and better prepared but there’s a limit which is impossible to push through. Water breaks such as those in football are unfeasible as it would completely bunch the pack up. Delay the race? That leads to possible cancellations when the heat is so prolonged

That leads to possible cancellations when the heat is so prolonged Maybe just don't go and race in the middle of the desert? From a spectator point of view the attendance over the weekend was about ⅓ of every other race so far. Alternatively, there are american football helmets now that have air conditioning built in. Something like that may be feasible in an F1 helmet.
scottsdad
Quote Canadian driver Lance Stroll said he faded in and out of consciousness because of the extreme heat and humidity during Sunday's 57-lap race in Lusail and was also seen stumbling towards an ambulance moments after he emerged from his Aston Martin. OK Lance...what about the other races? What's the excuse there?
scottsdad
Looking ahead to next season, I really cannot see Sargeant staying at Williams, or Perez staying at Red Bull (surely Horner will get someone else in). If Stroll was anyone else's son he would have been binned long ago at Aston Martin.
